Rinse, peel, and chop 500 grams of potatoes.
Boil with salt and water for 20-25 minutes until soft.
Use a colander to drain the cooked potatoes.
In the same pan, heat milk, butter, and garlic.
Combine drained potatoes with the mixture and mash, season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
Transfer to a bowl, garnish, and enjoy!
