Take 1 cinnamon,1 tbsp hot milk,1/4 cup oil,1 onion,1 tsp ginger-garlic paste,2 bay leaves,1 kg chicken, 1/2 cup water,4 green chillies,coriander leaves,4 tbsp yogurt,1/4 tsp saffron,4 tbsp cream,1 tsp cumin seeds,1 tsp poppy seeds,3 cardamoms,4 cloves,10 red chillies,1/4 tsp turmeric powder and 2 tbsp desiccated coconut.
Grind all the spices into a fine paste.
Heat saffron for a few seconds and crush it and add milk.
In the next step heat oil and fry the onions till it is golden-brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and bay leaves and fry for a few minutes.
Add the chicken along with half cup of water and let it cook for 20 minutes.
Once the chicken is almost cooked, add the coconut milk, green chillies, coriander leaves and yogurt into it.
Cook until the chicken is tender and serve hot!
