Make Healthy Spinach Scrambled Eggs At Home Today

Heat oil and saute cumin seeds for a minute. 

Add onions and celery, cook until lightly golden. 

Add spinach with a splash of water and cook until wilted. 

Push spinach aside and scramble 4 eggs in the pan. 

Fold spinach into the eggs, season with salt and pepper. 

Serve with toasted bread or stuffed in pita pockets.
