Ground chicken, egg, red onion, panko breadcrumbs, cheese, olive oil, garlic, spices, salt, and fresh herbs.
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and taste for seasoning.
Use a cookie scoop to form about 2 tbsp of the mixture into meatballs with slightly oiled hands.
Juicier results, but cook in batches and turn halfway.
Ensure the exterior is golden brown and the inside is no longer pink.
Top with chopped cilantro for added flavour.
Pair with raita or chutney and a sprinkle of lemon juice to enhance the dish.
