Lingkan Reang
Clean chicken pieces and dry roast spices cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, peppercorns, fenugreek, cumin and grind to a fine powder.
Marinate chicken with spice mix, blended onions, green chilies, ginger, yogurt, lime juice, and salt for 2 hours.
Cook chicken on low heat, adding water if more gravy is needed.
For gravy blanch and blend tomatoes with onions.
Fry sliced onions until brown, then add chicken along with the puree.
Garnish with fried onions, and serve with naan or rice.
