Mix 1.5 cups of crushed graham crackers with 1/4 cup melted butter. Press into a springform pan and chill.
Beat 16 oz cream cheese, 1 cup Nutella, and 1/4 cup powdered sugar until smooth.
Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped cream or whipped topping.
Spread the Nutella mixture over the crust evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Top with whipped cream, chopped hazelnuts, or chocolate shavings.
