Lightly crush moong sprouts and veggies in a food processor.
Combine sprouts, veggies, onions, ginger, garlic, spices, and besan, add water to form a spreadable batter.
Let the batter sit for 10-15 minutes to absorb flavours.
Heat a pan, add a little oil, and spread the batter in a circular shape.
Drizzle oil and sprinkle sesame seeds, then flip when golden brown.
Cook until crispy and golden, then serve with chutney or raita.
