Mix flour and hot milk to form a paste, set aside for 15-30 minutes.
Activate yeast by mixing warm milk, honey, and yeast, let it foam for 5-10 minutes.
Combine flour, sugar, salt, milk paste, and yeast mixture to form dough.
Knead dough for 5-10 minutes, adding soft butter until smooth.
Let dough rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
Divide dough into three portions, shape into balls, and let rest for 15 minutes.
Roll each dough ball into a rectangle, fold, and place in a greased loaf pan.
Let dough rise for 45-60 minutes, then bake at 190°C for 25-35 minutes, cool and serve.
