To make the cake, combine 1 box of vanilla cake mix, 4 eggs, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup melted butter, and mix well. After baking, pour 1 can evaporated milk, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup heavy cream, and vanilla extract over the cake, then top with whipped cream.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C), prepare the vanilla cake mix as instructed, pour into a greased 9x13-inch dish, and bake for 25–30 minutes.
While the cake is baking, mix together the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
Once the cake is baked and cooled, poke holes all over the surface using a fork.
Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours, or overnight for extra moisture. Before serving, top with a generous layer of whipped cream
