Mix honey, chili sauce, sesame oil, and soy sauce, set aside.
Follow packet instructions for rice using a rice cooker or stovetop.
Finely slice carrots, spring onion, snow peas, and red pepper.
Grill prawns for one minute on each side, add sauce and simmer until thickened.
Divide rice into 4 bowls and top with veggies, crispy noodles, and prawns.
Drizzle extra sauce over the dish, finish with coriander, spring onion, sesame seeds, and mayo.
