These Gajar Halwa Cheesecake Jars blend the flavors of carrot halwa with creamy cheesecake in individual portions—perfect for any occasion!
– Gajar Halwa – Graham Cracker Crust – Cream Cheese – Heavy Cream – Cardamom & Pistachios
Place graham crackers in a ziplock bag and crush into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter until combined.
In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and a pinch of cardamom. Add heavy cream and beat until smooth and fluffy.
Crust Layer: Spoon the crumb mixture into the bottom of each jar. Cheesecake Layer: Add a layer of cheesecake mixture. Gajar Halwa Layer: Spoon a generous layer of Gajar Halwa.
Repeat the cheesecake and Gajar Halwa layers for a rich, indulgent treat!
Top with sliced pistachios and a few rose petals for color and extra crunch.
