Make Mango Coconut Burfi To Wow Your Guests!

– 1 cup mango puree – 1 cup grated coconut – ½ cup condensed milk – ½ cup sugar – 2 tablespoons ghee – ½ teaspoon cardamom powder – Pistachios or almonds for garnish

Ingredients

Heat ghee in a pan and add grated coconut. Sauté for a few minutes to release its fragrance.

Toast The Coconut

Add Mango Puree

Add mango puree to the pan and cook until the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

Sweeten The Mixture

Add condensed milk, sugar, and cardamom powder. Stir until fully combined.

Cook Until Thickened

Set The Burfi
