Try this refreshing Mango Coconut Burfi—a tropical delight perfect for any occasion!
– 1 cup mango puree – 1 cup grated coconut – ½ cup condensed milk – ½ cup sugar – 2 tablespoons ghee – ½ teaspoon cardamom powder – Pistachios or almonds for garnish
Heat ghee in a pan and add grated coconut. Sauté for a few minutes to release its fragrance.
Add mango puree to the pan and cook until the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
Add condensed milk, sugar, and cardamom powder. Stir until fully combined.
Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency.
Pour the mixture into a greased ray, spread evenly, and garnish with chopped pistachios or almonds.
Allow the burfi to cool and set in the fridge. Then cut into squares or diamonds.
