Sieve maida, powdered sugar, milk powder, baking soda, and milk into a bowl.
Whisk until smooth and lump-free.
Add 2 tbsp honey and mix to a ribbon consistency batter.
Grease a pan, pour ¼ cup batter, and cook until bubbles appear, then flip.
Let pancakes cool, spread Nutella on one, and stack with another.
Press gently, cut in half, and enjoy your dora cake!
