Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Mix marinade ingredients (gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger, black pepper, sesame oil).
Coat chicken with marinade and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Stir-fry chicken for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
Serve with steamed rice, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
