Combine chicken with marinade ingredients in a ziplock bag, refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Set oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place chicken in a greased dish and bake for about 15 minutes.
Switch to broil for the last 1-2 minutes for a crispy finish.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Top with parsley and serve in pita, over salad, or rice.
