Lingkan Reang
Season flour with salt and pepper, then coat the fish in the flour.
Heat butter in a pan and cook the fish skin-side down until crispy (2-3 mins).
Flip the fish and cook for another minute.
Remove the fish to a serving plate.
In the same pan, add butter, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, mix well.
Stir in cream, pour the sauce over the fish.
Serve hot immediately.
