You need a mangoes, mustard seeds, curry leaves and some spices.
First peel the skin of the mangoes. Chop the mangoes into small bite-sized pieces or cubes.
Add some spices, then mix everything nicely with a spoon.
Heat 4 tbsp sesame oil in a small frying pan. Then add mustard seed, fenugreek seeds, hing and curry leaves and mix.
Pour this hot tempering over the masala mixed mangoes. Mix everything well.
Serve the Manga Achar with curd rice and khichdi.
