Take 2 tbsp ghee,10-15 cashews,10-12 pistachios, 10 almonds,10-15 golden raisins 6-7 large dates ,1 cup vermicelli,1/2 cup grated mawa , 1 liter whole milk,4 tablespoons sugar ,1.5 teaspoon rose water and1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder.
Heat ghee in a large pan on medium heat. Once hot, add the chopped nuts, raisins and dates to the pan.
Now add the seviyan (vermicelli) in the same pan and mix well.
In the next step add khoya/mawa and roast for another 1-2 minutes.
Next add the milk to the pan and stir everything well for about 1-2 minutes.
Once the milk turns slightly thick and everything is half cooked add sugar in the pan.
Add rose water and cardamom powder in the pan and mix it well.
Serve the sheer kurma warm or cold in a bowl and enjoy!
