Make Delicious Hyderabadi Kebabs At Home

500g chicken, 1 onion, 2 tb ginger-garlic paste, 2 tb yogurt, 1 tb red chili powder, 1 tb garam masala powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, Fresh coriander leaves, Salt to taste, 2 tb lemon juice.

Ingredients

Mix meat, onions, ginger-garlic paste, yogurt, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.

Prepare The Mixture

Add a beaten egg for better binding. You can also add some breadcrumbs if needed. Let it rest for 20–30 minutes to absorb the flavours.

Bind The Mixture

Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into cylindrical or round kebabs.

Shape The Kebabs

Heat oil in a pan over medium flame and fry the kebabs for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on all sides.

Heat Oil & Fry The Kababs

Drain the excess oil and serve the kebabs hot with a side of mint chutney or a salad. Enjoy!
