Combine 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1 egg, 2 tbsp melted butter, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until smooth.
Pour batter into a greased doughnut mold.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes or until firm.
Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips, dip cooled doughnuts, and let them set.
