Lingkan Reang
Mix spices, yogurt, and marinate chicken for 1 hour.
Saute onions & tomatoes in oil for 2-3 minutes.
Add marinated chicken, mix, and simmer on low heat with water.
Cool and break the chicken into smaller pieces.
Knead flour, roll into balls, and cook into parathas.
Fill paratha with chicken, veggies, spices, and sauces, roll and serve hot.
