Lingkan Reang
Marinate chicken in soy sauce, vinegar, and ginger garlic paste for 30 minutes.
Cook chicken until golden, rest for 5 minutes, and slice.
Saute onions, ginger garlic paste, and mushrooms in a pot.
Add stock, soy sauce, and vinegar, then bring to a boil.
Cook noodles and blanch spinach separately.
Assemble noodles, broth, chicken, spinach, and eggs in a bowl, season with pepper and serve hot.
