Butterfly and season chicken with spices, lemon juice, and salt. Cook in olive oil and butter until done, slice into strips.
Boil pasta in salted water as per package instructions and set aside.
In the same pan, saute garlic and red chillies in butter for 30 seconds.
Add milk, cream, and Parmesan cheese, mix until the sauce is creamy.
Season with salt, pepper, and parsley, then add the cooked pasta and chicken.
Mix well, plate, and serve with extra cheese on top.
