Lingkan Reang
Marinate chicken with spice powders, salt, and ginger garlic paste for 30 minutes.
Heat oil, add whole spices, then saute onions, green chillies, and curry leaves until golden.
Add marinated chicken, sear it, then add a splash of water, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 30-35 minutes.
Once cooked, add garam masala powder and butter, mixing well.
Stir in coriander leaves.
