Lingkan Reang
Mix boiled potatoes, cheese, oregano, chilli flakes, salt, garlic powder, and cornflour into a dough.
Shape the dough into a square using parchment paper and flatten it gently.
Chill in the fridge or freezer for 20-30 minutes.
Cut the chilled dough into strips.
Deep fry the potato sticks until golden brown.
Drain and serve hot.
