Ingredients needed - Heavy cream, 1 bowl of milk, 1 cup sugar, lavender buds, 2 tbsp honey 3-4 eggs.
Combine heavy cream, whole milk, 1/8 cup granulated sugar, lavender extract, and honey in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
Whisk together egg yolks and remaining sugar in a medium bowl until smooth.
Pour the egg mixture into the cream, whisking to combine. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
Remove from heat, strain into a bowl, and cover with plastic wrap, pressing it onto the custard surface.
Pour the chilled custard into your ice cream machine. Transfer to a container, cover, and freeze overnight before serving.
Serve in bowls or cones and enjoy.
