Make Comforforting Cream Chicken Soup At Home Today

Make stock by pressure cooking cubed chicken with bone and water, then pull the meat once cooled.  

Melt butter in a saucepan, saute onions and green chillies until light brown. 

Add flour and cook for 1 minute until the raw smell disappears. 

Stir in the stock and milk, mixing well. 

Season with salt and pepper, then add the cooked chicken. 

Mix everything together and serve hot.
