Activate yeast with sugar and warm milk for 5 minutes.
Whisk egg, sugar, vanilla, milk, then add yeast mix, butter, flour, cinnamon, salt, and dried fruits to form a dough.
Knead gently, cover, and let rise for 2 hours until doubled in size.
Knead again, shape into a ring, and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180°C, then bake for 30-35 minutes.
Cool completely, dust with icing sugar, and serve.
