Make Authentic Mysore Pak At Home In 30 Minutes

Add ingredients like- Gram flour (besan), sugar, and ghee.

Ingredients

Take a pan and heat it over a medium-low flame. Then dry roast the besan until it turns aromatic.

Roast The Gram Flour

Now take a separate pan. Add sugar with a little water and boil on a low flame to reach one-string consistency.

Prepare The Sugar Syrup

Slowly mix the roasted gram flour and a spoon of hot ghee to the syrup.

Mix The Ingredients

Once the ingredients are well combined, keep stirring the mixture until it thickens.

Cook The Mixture

Pour the mixture in a greased tray. Let it cool for a few minutes, then cut it into small slices. Your Mysore Pak is ready to be served.
