Lingkan Reang
Grease a pan with ghee and prepare a maida-water mixture without lumps.
Cook sugar and water in a pan until it reaches a one-string consistency.
Add the maida mixture and yellow food colour and cook until it thickens, stirring constantly.
Gradually add ghee, cooking until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
Mix in cashews, cardamom powder, and, then transfer to the greased pan.
Cool, press cashews on top, slice into squares, and serve.
