Rinse 1/2 cup of rice thoroughly, then soak it in water for 30 minutes. Strain to collect the rice water.
Boil the soaked rice water until it thickens slightly. Let it cool to room temperature before using.
In a bowl, mix the cooled rice water with 1 tablespoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of rice flour to form a paste.
Apply the mixture evenly to your clean face, avoiding the eye area. Ensure a thick, consistent layer for effectiveness.
Let the mask sit on your face for 15-20 minutes or until it starts to feel firm. Avoid talking or smiling.
Rinse off the mask with lukewarm water, gently massaging your face. Pat dry and apply a lightweight moisturizer to lock in hydration.
