1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup milk, 2 tablespoons strong brewed coffee, 1/2 cup Nutella, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Cream butter and Nutella, add egg and vanilla; gradually mix in dry ingredients, alternating with milk and coffee, until smooth.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spoon the batter into the cupcake liners, filling them about 2/3 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
