Slit the bun, spread butter on both sides, and sprinkle with sugar.
Spoon milk over both sides of the bun and cover it.
Melt butter in a pan, then place the buns and add more butter on top.
Flatten the buns with a spatula and cook until golden on both sides.
Keep flattening the bun as it cooks.
Cut the buns and serve.
