Heat ghee in a pan and add the wheat flour.
Roast the flour on low heat until it turns fragrant and golden brown.
Add honey to the roasted flour, followed by water. Mix well to avoid lumps.
Cook until the mixture thickens to your desired consistency.
Stir in chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder.
Serve warm, adding a drizzle of honey on top before offering to Maa Katyayani.
