Flour, butter, sugar, salt, eggs, lemon juice, powdered sugar for dusting.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper or grease it for easy removal later.
Mix flour, powdered sugar, and softened butter until crumbly. Press into a greased baking dish.
Bake the crust for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool slightly.
Whisk together granulated sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, lemon juice, and zest until smooth.
Pour the lemon filling over the cooled crust. Bake for another 20-25 minutes until set.
Let the bars cool completely before slicing. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
