Low-Carb And Healthy Cauliflower Rice Recipe

Soak cauliflower in salted water for 30 minutes, then drain. 

Finely chop the cauliflower using a chopper or food processor. 

Toss with salt and let it sweat for 15 minutes. 

Squeeze out excess water thoroughly.

Microwave the cauliflower covered for 3-4 minutes, or cook in a covered pan on low heat. 

Use the cooked cauliflower as needed in your recipe.
