1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 1 cup brown sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract.
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and milk, then combine with the butter mixture until smooth.
Add cream butter, sugar until fluffy, then beat in the eggs, followed by the vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
