Litton Das has joined MS Dhoni as one of the few foreign wicketkeepers to score a Test century in Pakistan.
The other wicketkeepers who have accomplished this feat are Kumar Sangakkara, Warren Lees, Ollie Pope, and Romesh Kaluwitharana.
Litton reached this milestone during the second Test match against Pakistan in Rawalpindi.
In this Test, Litton Das was in top form, guiding Bangladesh to recover from a dire situation at 26 for 6.
Litton contributed a remarkable 138 runs from 228 balls, hitting 13 fours and 4 sixes in the process.
He was also involved in a significant 165-run partnership with Mehidy Hasan Miraz.
Litton eventually lost his wicket to Salman Ali Agha, with Bangladesh trailing by 12 runs at that point.
This century was Litton's fourth in Test cricket, adding to his record of 17 half-centuries.
