Lemon & Raspberry Bliss: A Pie That Will Wow Your Guests

Ingredients: 1 homemade or store-bought pie crust, 2 cups fresh raspberries, 1 cup sugar, 2 tbsp cornstarch, 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, 1 tbsp lemon zest, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup pure cream.

Step 1

Preheat your oven and prepare your pie crust. Bake it according to the instructions. Set it aside and let cool.

Mix fresh raspberries, lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl. Stir well for a smooth batter.

Take a bowl and whisk the eggs until smooth. Add it to the raspberry and lemon mixture, then stir until smooth.

Pour the filling into the cooled pie crust. Preheat the oven and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-40 minutes.

Let the pie set at room temperature. Garnish with whipped cream or fresh raspberries and serve.
