Heat oil in a pan, then add the garlic, and saute 3 minutes, add the chili flakes, black pepper and lemon zest, and saute 1 minute.
Add the shrimp, season with salt, and cook until pink.
Add the kale, and stir for one minute.
Drain the pasta, reserving a cup of pasta water. Add the pasta to the skillet and toss with the shrimp.
Add a squeeze of lemon juice and Season with more salt add more pepper, chili flakes and cook.
Serve the Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and a wedge of lemon for extra zest. Enjoy!
