Kale, White Beans, Onion, Carrots, Garlic, Spices & Broth, rosemary, olive oil and parmesan.
Heat olive oil in a pot, sauté onions & garlic until fragrant.
Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, celery and carrots and saute 5 minutes.
Stir in white beans and vegetable broth. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add kale and continue to simmer, covered, until softened about 5 minutes longer.
Add salt, pepper to taste. Stir, serve & enjoy.
