Activate yeast in warm water with sugar, let it turn foamy.
Mix yeast water with all-purpose flour, salt, glutinous rice flour to form a sticky dough, drizzle with oil and let it rise for 1 hour.
Prepare filling with brown sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts.
Grease hands, flatten dough, add filling, and seal well.
Shallow fry the dough on low-medium heat, pressing gently to flatten, until golden brown.
Strain on paper towels, cool slightly, and serve.
