Corn, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese, butter, green onions.
Drain your sweet corn and set it aside. We’re about to make this snack extra cheesy.
In a bowl, mix together mayo, mozzarella, sugar, and garlic powder. Stir it until smooth and creamy.
Add the sweet corn to the creamy mixture and stir until fully combined.
Melt butter in a pan and add your corn mixture. Stir occasionally, and cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley for some color, and voila! Serve hot and enjoy.
