For the batter: Bananas, Green chilies, Garlic, Fresh coriander, and Rice flour.
Peel and slice bananas into thin pieces (about 1/4 inch thick).
In a bowl, mix rice flour, chopped green chilies, garlic, coriander, and a pinch of salt.
Dip each banana slice into the batter, making sure it's evenly coated.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the coated bananas until crispy and golden brown.
Drain on a paper towel, serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
