Make The Fluffiest Japanese Cheesecake At Home

Take  55g butter,225g cream cheese, 100g sugar, 5 eggs, 2 tbsp cornflour,35g plain flour, 125ml milk and  ¼ tsp cream of tartar

Preheat the oven to 185 degrees.

Place the butter, cream cheese and half of the sugar in a saucepan over a low heat.

Add 5 egg yolks to the pan. Mix gently whilst adding the cornflour and flour. Finally, pour in the milk and make sure everything is fully combined.

In the next step, place the cake tin into a deep rectangular baking tin and pour in water until it reaches halfway up.

Pour the batter into the cake tin and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Serve it in a plate and enjoy!
