Lingkan Reang
Mix marination ingredients and set aside.
Grind masala ingredients to a fine paste.
Saute onions and tomatoes, blend into a smooth puree.
Saute ground masala in oil, add onion-tomato puree, and cook until thickened.
Add chicken, cook covered for 30-35 minutes, then mix in coconut paste and cook 15 more minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
