2-3 raw bananas, Coconut oil (for frying), Salt to taste.
Peel the raw bananas carefully, using a knife to avoid staining. Slice them thinly into even rounds.
Heat enough coconut oil in a deep pan for frying over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, add the banana slices in batches, frying until golden and crispy.
Remove the chips and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice. Enjoy your delicious Paneer Yakni.
