1 cup flour, 1/4 cup rice flour, 1/2 cup yogurt, cumin, ginger, chilies, salt, coriander, water, oil for frying.
In a bowl, combine rice flour, all-purpose flour, grated coconut, ginger, chilies, coriander, and salt. Add water gradually to form a thick dough.
Mix in rice flour for that extra crispiness.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
Drop small portions of the batter into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with a side of yogurt or pickle.
