On May 20th, Kaamya and her father reached the top of Mt. Everest. The Western Naval Command celebrated her as the youngest Indian to achieve this feat.

Kaamya's trekking passion started at age seven with Chandrashila Peak. She also completed treks like Har-ki-Dun, Kedarkantha Peak, and Roopkund Lake.
She reached Everest Base Camp, becoming the world's second youngest girl to do so. She also conquered Brighu Lake, Sar Pass, and Mt. Aconcagua.
