Lingkan Reang
Preheat oven to 200°C and mix butter, garlic, chili flakes, salt, and herbs.
Coat chicken with the butter mixture and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover, baste with butter, and bake for another 10 minutes.
Increase oven temperature to 220°C and bake for 5 more minutes.
Remove from oven and serve hot.
